Why this company exists
Our founder, Levon Grigoryan, started in logistics in 2019 — on the broker side. He spent those years watching the market work against carriers: the people doing the hardest, riskiest work had the least leverage in every negotiation.
Drivers were running 70-hour weeks and still coming up short, because 15-20 of those hours went to hunting loads, arguing with lowball offers and chasing paperwork instead of driving. The dispatch services that promised to fix it mostly over-promised and under-delivered.
So in 2022 we built the alternative.
You see the broker's rate confirmation on every load, with our commission as a line item. Nothing is redacted.
We negotiate every load like it's our own money. Our carriers average $2.85/mile and a 34% revenue lift in 90 days.

Most services run 15-20 trucks per dispatcher. We cap it at five, so yours knows your equipment, your lanes and your name.
One dispatcher per equipment type
Run reefer and you work with our reefer specialist. Flatbed, you get the flatbed desk. They know what those lanes actually pay.
Around the clock, in plain English
Trucking doesn't stop at 5 PM. Someone answers — and Mona, our AI assistant, handles the fast questions at 3 AM.
Every broker checked before we book
Authority, insurance and payment history get verified against FMCSA data before your truck is committed to anything.
