The truck makes money. The business keeps it.
Getting paid, staying paid, and turning it into a second truck are three versions of the same job — collect, keep, multiply. Most owner-operators run them across four or five vendors who don't talk to each other. We run all of it in one place, next to your dispatch.

Get Paid
This week
You delivered the load. The broker pays in 30, 45, sometimes 90 days. Meanwhile fuel, insurance and the truck note are all due now. That gap is the single most common reason profitable carriers run out of cash.

This quarter, this year
Receipts in a shoebox and a shoebox in the sleeper. Then April arrives with a tax bill nobody planned for, and no clean way to prove what you actually spent. Carriers overpay taxes because their records can't defend the deductions.
Grow
This year and beyond
Adding a second truck is where a lot of owner-operators get hurt — a driver you can't keep loaded is a payment you can't cover. Growth is a cash-flow and utilization problem before it is a hiring problem.

When your factoring company, your bank, your bookkeeper and your dispatcher are four separate businesses, nobody is looking at the whole picture — and you are the only one who can see all four. That's how carriers end up profitable on paper and broke in the bank account.
We dispatch your truck, so we already know what you hauled, what it paid and when the broker is due. The rest of it runs on the same information. That's the whole argument — and it's also why we only make money when you do.
What is a trucking back office?+
Everything that keeps the business running while you drive: invoicing and getting paid, banking, bookkeeping, quarterly taxes, and the reporting you need to make decisions. Most owner-operators stitch it together from four or five separate vendors. FF Dispatch runs it as one system alongside your dispatch.
Do I have to use factoring to work with FF Dispatch?+
No. Factoring is optional and always has been. Some carriers have enough cash cushion to wait out broker terms and skip it entirely. We set it up for the carriers who need same-day money and leave it alone for the ones who don't.
Is factoring worth it, or is it just an expensive loan?+
It's a real cost, and carriers are right to be skeptical — some factoring deals are punishing. The honest math: at around 3%, a $3,000 load costs about $90 to get paid today instead of in 45 days. That's worth it if the alternative is missing a truck payment, and it isn't if you're just impatient. We'll show you the numbers on your own loads rather than pitch you.
Can I use the bookkeeping without using your dispatch?+
Yes. Every service on this page stands alone — carriers come to us for just the books, just factoring, or just compliance. Most people find us through dispatch, but nothing is bundled and nothing requires anything else.
How is this different from CloudTrucks or an app?+
Those are self-serve software. This is a service with people in it — and with FF Dispatch you keep your own authority instead of running under someone else's. You're not logging into a dashboard to figure it out yourself.
