Sales Specialist
About the Role
Grow the FF Dispatch carrier family. You'll talk to owner-operators across the US, show them the math on how we grow their revenue, and turn interested truckers into long-term partners. Beyond carrier sales, you'll also develop partnerships with other companies serving owner-operators - expanding what FF Dispatch can offer.
What You'll Do
- Call owner-operator leads, qualify prospects, and explain our service - straight talk, real numbers
- Book and confirm consultations with potential carriers
- Handle objections honestly - no pressure tactics, just show the math
- Find and develop new business partnerships - factoring companies, insurance agents, referral partners, and other companies serving owner-operators
- Keep lead records and follow-ups organized in our CRM
- Work leads pre-qualified by our AI assistant
Requirements
- English Level: B2 or higher - you'll be on the phone with US truckers every day
- Confident, friendly phone presence
- Persuasive without being pushy - truckers respect straight talk
- Resilient - comfortable hearing 'no' and moving on to the next call
- Organized with follow-ups and pipeline tracking
