RouteHub

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026

This policy covers RouteHub, the mobile app for trucking companies published by FF GROUP LLC, doing business as FF Dispatch ("we", "us"). It explains what we collect when you use the app and its account pages, why, and the choices you have. Visits to the rest of dispatchff.com are covered by our main Privacy Policy.

What we collect

Your account

  • Your email address and password. We never see your password in plain text; it is stored scrambled (hashed).
  • Your company's details: company name, USDOT and MC numbers, and business phone. Most of this comes from the public FMCSA record for your DOT number and from what you entered when you signed up.
  • The date you accepted these terms and which version you accepted.
  • When you confirmed your email, first signed in, and last signed in.

What you put in the app

  • Loads you add: brokers, pickup and delivery places and times, rates, reference numbers, and notes.
  • Documents you upload, such as rate confirmations and proof-of-delivery (POD) photos or files. The app only opens your camera, photos, or files when you choose to upload something.
  • Which of your trucks is on each load.

Automatically

  • Basic technical records, such as your IP address, device type, app version, and error logs, which our hosting providers record when the app talks to our servers.
  • Crash reports: if the app crashes or hits an error, it sends a report with the app version, device type, and what went wrong, so we can fix it.
  • A push notification token, if you allow notifications. It lets us send alerts like a new booked load or accepted paperwork to your phone, and it is removed when you sign out.

RouteHub does not track your location, read your contacts, or show ads.

How we use it

  • To run your account and the app: show your loads, store your documents, and total your money.
  • To read your uploaded rate confirmations and PODs with AI, so load details fill in for you. You should check what it fills in before relying on it.
  • To check a broker against public FMCSA records when you ask.
  • To send account emails, like email confirmation and password reset links.
  • To keep the service secure, stop abuse, and fix problems.
  • To understand how RouteHub is used as a whole, for example how many new accounts add their first load, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send you cold sales emails because you signed up for RouteHub.

Who helps us run RouteHub

We use these service providers. Each gets only what it needs to do its job for us, and none may use your information for its own purposes:

  • Supabase: database and sign-in.
  • Vercel: hosting for our servers and website.
  • Cloudflare R2: storage for uploaded documents.
  • Anthropic: AI that reads uploaded documents. Under its commercial terms, it does not train its models on the documents we send.
  • Trigger.dev: background jobs, such as processing uploads.
  • Resend: sending account emails.
  • Upstash: rate limits that protect sign-in and forms from abuse.
  • Expo: delivering app updates and push notifications.
  • Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) and Apple Push Notification service (iPhone): carrying push notifications to your phone.
  • Sentry: crash and error reports.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

If your company is also an FF Dispatch dispatch client, your dispatch team can see the loads and documents in your account, and your dispatch agreement also applies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open.

When you delete your account, you lose access right away and we stop using it. After 30 days, your login, your company's RouteHub account, and its loads and uploaded documents are permanently erased. Until then, you can ask us to restore it.

Some things are kept after that:

  • Backup copies, which our database provider rotates out on a regular schedule.
  • Records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud reasons, such as referral payouts.
  • Your company's sign-up request on our website and any calls or emails with our team, which are covered by our main Privacy Policy.
  • For FF Dispatch dispatch clients: load records that belong to your dispatch service, which are kept under your dispatch agreement.

Your choices

  • Delete your account in the app under Profile, or email us from the address on the account.
  • See, correct, or get a copy of your information by emailing us. You can also export your loads from the app.

We will answer requests within 30 days and may ask you to confirm the request comes from the account's email.

Security

We use encrypted connections, scrambled passwords, and access limits so each company sees only its own account. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you don't use anywhere else.

Who RouteHub is for

RouteHub is for trucking businesses in the United States and for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

When we change what RouteHub collects, shares, or keeps, we update this page and its date. For important changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they apply.
