RouteHub
Terms of Service
Last updated: September 29, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and FF GROUP LLC, doing business as FF Dispatch ("we", "us"), for using RouteHub, our mobile app and its account pages. By creating an account or using RouteHub, you agree to these terms and to the RouteHub Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use RouteHub.
1. What RouteHub is
RouteHub is software that helps a trucking company keep track of its loads, documents, and money. It is a tool only. Using RouteHub does not make us your dispatcher, broker, agent, or carrier, and we don't book, haul, or guarantee payment for any load. If your company has a separate dispatch agreement with FF Dispatch, that agreement still governs our dispatch services.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and allowed to act for the trucking company you sign up.
- Each USDOT number can have one RouteHub account.
- Give us true information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
- You need to confirm your email before you can sign in.
3. Price
RouteHub is free right now. If we ever add paid features, we will tell you before you are charged, and you will not pay for anything you didn't choose.
4. Your information
The loads, documents, and other information you put in RouteHub stay yours. You give us permission to store, process, and display it only as needed to run RouteHub for you, to keep it secure, and as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
5. AI reading and broker checks
RouteHub can read rate confirmations and delivery documents with AI and fill in load details. AI can make mistakes, so check the details before you rely on them. Broker checks show public FMCSA information, which can be out of date. They are not a guarantee that a broker is safe to work with or will pay. We may limit how many documents can be read each day.
6. Fair use
Don't:
- break the law or anyone's rights, or upload anything you aren't allowed to share;
- sign up for a company you don't represent, or pretend to be someone else;
- try to get into other companies' accounts or our systems, or get around limits we set;
- upload viruses, or overload, scrape, or copy the service; or
- resell RouteHub or use it to build a competing product.
7. Changes to RouteHub
We keep improving RouteHub, so features may change, be added, or be removed. We may also stop offering it. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your loads.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile, or by emailing us from the address on the account. You lose access right away. After 30 days, your RouteHub account, loads, and uploaded documents are permanently erased, as the Privacy Policy explains. Until then, you can ask us to restore it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or could create legal trouble for us. When it's reasonable, we will tell you first.
9. No warranties
RouteHub is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always work, be error-free, or fit your particular needs, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Keep your own copies of documents you need for your business.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, unpaid loads, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages from using RouteHub. Because RouteHub is free, our total liability for any claim about it is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
11. Your responsibility
If your use of RouteHub, the information you upload, or your breaking these terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both of us agree to those courts. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to solve it together.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for important changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they apply. If you keep using RouteHub after that, you accept the new terms.
14. Other things
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about RouteHub. If a part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part right away, we haven't given it up. You can't transfer your account without our consent; we may transfer these terms as part of a sale or merger of our business.
